Was working on J&C’s floral count and got excited for their wedding next month. Wanted to share with you their wedding invites we made… each and every one of them colour washed by hand. The RSVP postcards too.

While paper is not our specialty, we do offer that service to our clients if they are so inclined… including anything else that is wedding-pretty related (no logistics like vendor contacts, schedules and parking). Need to pull all our paper + design work together for yall to see. Someday.

This past weekend N & I took a mini getaway to celebrate both our turning 30 this year, and as a last hoorah before the bebe comes. Naturally, we chose SF, our home away from home. It was a much needed relaxing trip… here are some cell phone snippets.

{S&S} San Francisco W Hotel Wedding

S & S had an intimate classic black-tie wedding at the W Hotel in San Francisco last winter, coordinated by Zoie Events. Black and white, classic all white florals but with a play on texture, layers of sheer fabric, glowing candles galore, sparkly dangling crystals, and 4′ high towering centerpieces on the guest reception tables. Yes, we create all sorts of weddings at Bunch Studio. What a gorgeous couple, and that Vera Wang gown . . . just dreamy. Enjoy the photos!

This is one of my favorite sayings and art combo.. ever, by Freya. Loved it so much we plugged it into our wedding programs. Makes me happy, hopeful and excited for what’s to come.

What’s to come? We are gonna have ourselves a darling baby girl come summer, that’s what’s to come. I can’t even tell you how beyond ecstatic I am. Of course I would have been on cloud nine if baby were a boy, but this girl business has unwrapped a world of OHMYGOODNESS CUTENESS that I have tried so hard to contain within me for as long as I have lived, I’m sure. I can’t even fathom the unconscious brainstorming that is going on inside me for the endless possibilities of fun and girly delight. I now can begin nesting with an obvious direction. Though we won’t go pink for her nursery, I’m going to now add splashes of coral to my true love palette of greys, white and yellows. le sigh…

Even though I work for myself, weekends still make me happy. What also makes me really happy is our new 4,500 sf back yard on a sunny day… can’t wait to *learn* how to garden because believe it or not I do not have a green thumb (this is why I work with cut flowers; their death is expected and not my doing). Enjoy this amazing weather if you are in company of some. If not, enjoy your loved ones near by to keep you warm. Cheers!
